OUR STORY & TEAM
In 2013 Nicholas Swiatkowski and Bryan Welch started purchasing property with just a few thousand dollars. Since then they have turned that initial investment into over twenty luxury rental properties in Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, & Florida. They have always followed one simple rule, to never rent a property that they wouldn't live in. It is this commitment to excellence that sets Swiatkowski Welch Properties apart from its competitors.
Swiatkowski Welch Properties was established in February of 2015 after Nicholas and Bryan partnered to create a company that creates the best renting and management experience. The original idea that grew into Swiatkowski Welch Properties started on the campus of Bradley University in 2011 during its annual Project Springboard Business Plan Competition, where we were named a finalist.
Today Swiatkowski Welch Properties is proud to offer full-service property and community management services in Tennessee, as well as our privately owned rentals in Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. Our community management portfolio proudly boasts 303 units in management valued at over $60 Million. Nicholas Swiatkowski is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Tennessee and can also assist with buying and selling. We opened our first permanent office in Historic Downtown Clarksville in Early 2021.
